I am the Divine Mother. My energy, my life force empowers you, my life force activates in you to change, to transform, to guide, and its source is in your heart. So it's important that we release and let go of the pain that has surrounded the heart. Some of this pain is like shells or walls.
The heart is a very sensitive instrument, very refined, and so when it receives a negative blow it reacts very sensitively and if it receives too many of these negative blows it starts to build protections. Now this is truly the small self that is building the protection, not your Infinite Self. The small self, or the ego-mind, the small self mind, believes it has to protect. But what happens when these protections are built is that you block your experience of the larger Self, of your larger Presence.
You try to hide and make yourself small. And this limits you. In fact, it actually causes more pain. What's important is to do the opposite -- to expand, to expand into your larger Self, which knows how to manage those conditions that you meet on this planet by breaking through.
When you shrink and hide, you cut off your Divine connections or you minimize them. When you open and expand, you receive the Divine Truth, the Divine Guidance.
