I am Divine Mother. We say, “Go into the Light.” to any energy or intelligent being that is trying to hold you down, trying to prevent you from being all that you are, trying to disempowering you, to keep you from perceiving all that you can perceive. You are Divine Beings living in a physical form. You’re here to be big, expansive, confident.
Inwardly say, “I give myself permission to love myself.” And this loving one’s self is one of the most difficult things for humans. You’ve been trained to not love yourselves, to think there’s something wrong with you, or you’re not good enough. Shatter that. Break it.
You are beautiful. You are good. You are strong. You are creative. But this lack of self-love, this habit of self-criticism is a bad habit. I’m encouraging you to break it. Whenever you find yourself thinking something derogatory about yourself, like, “Oh, I can’t do that. I’m bad.” Or, “I really blew that.” Change the language. Say, “I’m figuring it out. I just learned how it doesn’t work. And now I can move on with what works.”
Or if you say something like, “I’m stupid.” Don’t ever say that. Say, ‘I’m wise, I’m intelligent, I’m smart.” When you say that, it wakes up the brain. The brain says, “Oh yeah, okay, now I’m ready to demonstrate that for you.”
Sometimes very, very unfortunately, other people will tell you you’re stupid. Don’t believe them. Break what they say before it becomes a habit in you.
You are Divine Beings. I want you to honor yourself. You don’t have to go around bragging to everybody. That’s, of course, arrogance. When I say to love yourself, this is just between you and you, patting yourself on the back, saying, “I’m a good person,” because you are. You’re telling yourself the truth.
And even forgive yourself. Say, “I forgive myself for putting myself down all those years. I don’t want to do it anymore. I’m a good person. I have important skills to offer this world.” And you do, or you wouldn’t be here.
You came here for a purpose, a Divine purpose, to uplift the planet. Putting yourself down does not uplift the planet.
Be kind to yourself. It will have a huge effect on your life. I guarantee it. It
won’t make you a narcissist. It’ll just make you a wise, kind, intelligent, loving person who not only loves others but loves yourself, appreciates the Divinity in you. That’s what I’m asking you to appreciate. You are made in the image of God. You are wise. You are intelligent. You are clear.
You are kind. Kindness is not a weakness. The power of kindness is one of the greatest powers in the universe. So I am urging you, beseeching you, to love yourself. As I said, it’s just between you and you, and of course I’m there too because I am you. And I don’t like being called names.
So let’s start using the Self Love Exercise. I’m going to recommend the best time to do it is when you’re falling off to sleep at night or waking up in the morning because you’re traveling through a transition from sleeping to waking or from waking back into sleep, and when you do that, you travel through a gap – the gap which is where creation takes place, creative ideas and thoughts. So as you travel through that gap, if you’re saying, “I love myself,” you’re going to create a whole new experience of your life.
Try it. Trust me. And if for some reason you don’t think it’s working, talk to me about it. I’ve never known it to fail. I’ll make sure you succeed.
I love you. We are in a beautiful relationship. I have an intimate relationship with each one of you that’s very special and unique, unlike my relationship with anyone else. So don’t just say, “Oh yeah, Divine Mother loves me, but she loves everyone.” I do love everyone. But I love you in a very special way. I know what you need. I know what you want. I know what to do to give it to you. And I’ll guide you. I love you.
Be Kind To Yourself
